It's semi-obvious, I'd guess. My name is Amelia. I used to HATE being called Amelia Bedelia as a child, but as I grew up I developed a bit of nostalgia towards it. Plus I am a reading fiend and loved the series growing up.

Let's see my original WB username was an abbreviation of doctorgirl... which I decided was a bad choice of a user name. Then here, I was switching gears to adoption, so I called myself Mamadopt. But then I was chosen as a blogger bee, and I got my choice of icons. How could I resist Jacks?! And I already had in mind that we'd call the baby Jack Jack from the Incredibles as soon as I realized Mrs. Jacks was an option!

My name is Danielle, and when I was little my mom sang the song "Michelle, my Belle" to me, changing Michelle to Danielle. It was my username on Weddingbee so I just used it here too!

It's my first name in the Society for Creative Anachronism, a medieval re-creation group. It's the name of an Anglo-Saxon saint (I play an early 14th century Scot - super long story.) The username is almost always available, and I forget alternate usernames a lot.
