Sunday my FIL came over with my GFIL to drop off the car that hubs is borrowing from GFIL. While they were here, FIL was playing with DS and DS kept taking his hat away. Then FIL would ask, "Whose hat is that?" Then DS would respond with "Poppa's hat."
In the grand scheme of things its really not something that should upset me but it does. Every time I heard him say "Poppa's hat" I said, "No, not 'poppa's' hat. Grandpa." My ILs have been forcing the issue on what the kids should call them and they keep pushing for poppa and grammie, both of which just grate on my nerves! Every time I hear it, I just get so angry - there's no real reason behind it but it really really bothers me! Grrrr!
What's upset you lately? Has it been at work or with family members or is your LO getting on your last nerve?
