Right now, our 4 year old goes to bed around 8, sometimes 830. He sleeps til around 630, sometimes 7. No nap. I wish he would sleep a little longer at night! What time does your 4 year old go to bed?

My almost 4 year old is in bed around 7/7:30. He is wiped from preschool and rarely naps anymore. He wakes anytime between 6 and 7:30 in the mornings.

Ours is usually asleep by 8:30pm and wakes up between 6:30 and 7am. He takes a 1-2 hour nap at daycare. I wish they would drop the nap at daycare so he would sleep longer at night. But the class that doesn't nap is full.

Since preschool has started back up, she is in bed 745ish...definitely by 8 every night. And sleeps til around 7.
In the summer, she was staying up more til 830ish and sleeping til 730a or even 830a sometimes.

8:30 by the time we leave her room. Up 8:00-8:30

We try for 7:30 but it often ends up closer to 8.

He goes up to bed at 8:30 but often looks at a book or plays for a short period before falling asleep. We get him up at 6:15 during the week and I believe he still naps at daycare but gave up weekends naps at home around age 2.5.

In bed between 8-8:30, then he's usually up by 7. Doesn't nap every day, but when he's really tired he will nap for 90 minutes.

During the school year bedtime is 7:30 and I wake her up at 7:00 for school

Since preschool started, she has been in bed by about 7 and passes out right away. Sleeps until 6. She doesn't get a nap at preschool, so we want her to get her sleep. On daycare days, she stays up a little later since she does nap at daycare

Almost 4 and in bed by 7. She hasn't napped for almost a year and is up by 6:30/7 usually.

LO turns 4 in December and she's usually asleep by 7, up between 6 and 6:30.

Almost 4 and he is asleep between 7 and 7:30, and up between 6:15 and 7am. No nap.

She goes to bed around 7-7:30, I'd say she's asleep between 7:30 and 8. Sleeps til 6:30 or 7, no nap..just a rest time at school. And honestly, she could use more sleep. She's a beast in the evenings AND in the morning when she gets up.
