With Charlie, we take a bath together... then we get him dressed in his pajamas and turn off the lights. Then one of us will turn on a flashlight, read him a few books and sometimes sing him a few songs.
After we're done with the bedtime ritual, we never ever speak to him no matter what he says. Otherwise, he will be up for hours! He loves to chat with us at night.

Our bedtime routine includes:
Bath time with Daddy
Lotion, Pajamas, Sleepsack
Tell Dad good night
Go to nursery, turn white noise on
Rock LO and sing him a few songs
Put DS in his crib and tell him Good night, I love you, and sweet dreams
My favorite part is rocking and singing to DS. I normally sing 2-3 sings but sometimes I have to keep myself from singing a bunch. It's just so sweet!

Bath time starts about a half hour after dinner, we give him a bath (with the sleepy bath soap), let him play for awhile, get lotion on, brush teeth and comb hair, get pj's on, read a book, say a quick night time prayer, give kisses, turn on a big night light globe and turn on a lullaby mix I made.
