I LOVE Tarte but we're on a budget around here so unfortunately I usually have to sacrifice natural AND cruelty-free for just cruelty-free....my favorite "cheapies" are Hard Candy, Flower by Drew Barrymore & ELF. I believe Physicians Formula is also CF but I'm not 100%. As far as hair goes, I like Organix, the L'Oreal Ever lines & Giovanni.

Bare Minerals, Josie Maran, Bite Beauty. But I want to start shopping more at Whole Foods when they have sales on makeup. I use Honest Company shampoo and Nature's Gate conditioner.
I haven't tried Flower by Drew Barrymore- good stuff?

My skincare stuff is all cruelty-free: Dr. Hauschka – additionally, they use NO animal products/by-products in any of their products. I also like Urban Decay, Burt’s Bees, Crabtree & Evelyn, Aveda and I’m pretty sure all Body Shop stuff is cruelty-free.

@LulaBee: I've only tried the mascara and lipsticks from Flower but I really like it. Great pay off for not a lot of buck. & when you're a make-up addict AND on a budget, those two things are a must!
