My face has been getting little bumps on it and I'm looking for a good exfoliator. Any recommendations?

i like vivite. it has salicylic acid in it though so you shouldn't use it when you're pregnant. i also use dermologica's daily microfoliant for daily use. and i have a clarisonic that i've never used, but everyone says it's a life changer!

I LOVE Mary Kay's exfoliating system.

For the past year I've been using Laura Mercier face polish, and I like it well enough. My MIL just gave me a Supracor SpaCells face sponge, and I've only used it a couple times so far but I really like it. It seems gentler than other scrubs, but it leaves my skin really smooth. I use it with my normal cleanser.

i just got the clarisonic mia and i love it!!! my skin is so much smoother. i'm using the mini cleanser it came with but after it runs out i think i'm going to use it with philosophy's purity face cleanser. i have dry skin that flakes but also gets clogged in the nose/chin areas.

I used a gommage by Decelor. It's like a paste you put on, let it dry then slough it off. Much less irritating than a traditional exfoliator.

@Mrs. Bee: second the Dermalogica daily exfoliant! I use it about every other day in the shower after a facialist recommended it a couple of months ago. (I asked her what she thought was the first, most important step to taking care of my skin as I'm getting older and she just put it in my hand and said "use this every other day"!) I just got a facial again last weekend and the girl said my pores looked amazing!!! I told her I had been using the exfoliant and she was like "yup, I use it too, that will make the biggest difference overall." She uses it once a week because her skin is sensitive.
So glad I started using it. Hoping to get Rob Sr. to use it too...

I used to use dermalogica as well and really loved it. I like the scrubs from kiehls as well.

I'm still loyal to St. Ives apricot scrub. I know my pregnancy skin won't freak out using it. However, I started using raw African black soap a few months ago, and I've noticed that I don't need to exfoliate nearly as much. Bonus, it's cheap and lasts forever!

AHAVA dead sea scrub ( expensive but worth it)
St Ives Apricot scrub ( i dont use it now that I'm pregnant because it has salicylic acid)

@Mrsbells: You can still use St. Ives! Not all of the scrubs in the line contains salicylic acid.

@c.sassy: Yeah i know they h ave another one that doesnt have salicyilic acid, but I dont know if the other one is oil free or not, and I didnt want to go out and buy a new one so I'm just using my dead sea scrub for now.

Skin Food Black Sugar scrub/mask, love the grains!
Have a Clarisonic which I never use, it's just too cumbersome!

I use clairsonic 1x a day... I used to use St.Ives... I also have "phytopeel" by decleor which is a gentler, water-free exfoliator/peel.
