Mmmm so many! I can't really pick a favorite just because different places near me have ones that are unique to them. Ones that come to mind are the Las Vegas and Hawaiian.

The soft shell crab one especially with extra panko .crumbs.

Spicy salmon or rainbow roll or dragon...its too hard to pick just one!

Can't pick a favorite but I looove rolls and can't wait to have yummy sushi again once this baby is born!

Eel and avocado; just had sushi the other night. So good! Also love shrimp tempura, spicy tuna and pretty much everything else, haha

DH laughs at me because my favorite doesn't even have any fish. There's a place here that makes string bean tempura sushi and I'm slightly addicted to them. So good!

rainbow rolls! YUM. I can't wait to have sushi again. I eat it most often during the summer, so yay for timing!
