french fries? hash browns? mashed? au gratin? baked?
oh my so hard to decide. but if forced to choose one, it would be baked. loaded with butter, sour cream, chives, cheese, bacon. yum!!!!

Mashed! A close second would be McDonald's fries (and specifically McDs!)

I love potatoes all ways. It's tough to choose a favorite. But I guess I'd go with either french fries (cheese fries!!!) or like @Mrs. Bee, loaded baked potato. Sour cream and chives, or cheese and bacon! Or all four. YUM.

I love potatoes in any form, really. But, if I had to choose...I think I'd say au gratin, because of the cheeeeeeese.

My dad makes the best grilled potatoes! He dices them, then uses olive oil and a packet of dry ranch dressing for flavor, cooks them in the oven for a few then puts them on a skewer for the grill. SO GOOD!!

@Mrs. Cowgirl: oh yes. That's been a thing of hers since we were little. We always joke that she should move to either Idaho or Ireland. I'm sure she's told you the story about the way she used to eat McDonald's fries when she was little....

I love them all, but really well done roasted potatoes (where they get a little crispy) are my favorite

Oh, potatoes. YUM. I LOVE potato pancakes. And twice baked. My mother always made twice-baked for thanksgiving and it was so so delicious. Mashed and baked potatoes all in one....mmmm.

I'm not that picky when it comes to potatoes. My favorite is probably boiled smothered in butter. YUM! I do love some au gratin potatoes too....and mashed...and baked....and fried....

Boiled? I'm boring. It's kind of the lazy person's mashed potatoes: just cut in quarters, drained, salted & buttered. It's def my fave and so easy to make!

Oh man, I love potatoes. Probably old-fashioned, homemade mashed potatoes are my favorite.
I love them with heavy cream and butter and still the tiniest bit lumpy.
