Ooh. That's a tough one. Soondubu and pho are on the top of my list followed by bisques. I had the best mushroom bisque tonight and wish I went back for seconds and thirds. Mmm...

I love my grandma's soups: Sinigang and Chicken Tinola are my favorites! I also love Tom Kha Kai and Pho! I almost forgot Kimchi jjigae!
