I don't play any sports now, but the hubby plays tennis all the time.

I agree with PP--tennis and badminton are a lot of fun. I also like soccer, basketball, and non-team sports like ice skating, in-line skating, swimming, dancing, and weight lifting/boxing.
I didn't play team sports growing up and tend to not enjoy baseball, softball, football, or volleyball as much. (Especially volleyball--it kills my delicate musician/writer hands, haha!)

Running - it's a great stress reliever for me now.
