I can never go wrong with Shepherd's Pie. Hubby loves mushing his foods together, and in this meal I do it for him. We had it tonight- yummy! He also loves chicken tacos, just chicken and salsa in the slow cooker. Luckily he's pretty easy to please- both easy meals!

My husband loves pretty much anything I make, because it means he doesn't have to cook. He loves to cook, and so he's responsible for dinner most nights. When I do cook (maybe twice a week?), I experiment with recipes from Pinterest, so he's usually happy.

I think my husband's favorite is this chicken and broccoli braid I make. It's incredible, and he always always raves about it when I make it!

I don't really use a recipe, I kind of just use what I have at the time. But here's what I did tonight.
1.Preheat oven to 450. Make mashed potatoes (boil them, add milk, salt, and pepper and mash.
2.Heat a little bit of oil on medium-high. Add carrots, onion, and thyme (or whatever veggies you want. I'd love to add mushrooms but hubby can't eat them, and celery would be good too). Cook until veggies are tender. Add 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup tomato paste; cook for about 1 minute while stirring. Add meat- I usually use ground turkey because it's healthier but of course beef tastes better; cook until meat is browned. Add 1 cup water; bring to a boil, and simmer 1 minute. Add peas. Set the filling aside.
4.Pour filling into a baking dish and put mashed potatoes on top. Sprinkle with some shredded white cheddar cheese. Bake about 20 minutes.

Burritos or pizza! Mexican and Italian are his favorite foods. I can make them so they are allergy friendly and he's a happy guy.

My hubs likes my chicken marsala. I guess it is good. I would just prefer that he liked my meals with less inredients/steps. He does like my chicken nachos. I love making those because u just throw a bunch of stuff in there and you're all set. Overall though, he's pretty good about just eating what I put in front of him.

I would say that he doesn't have a particular favorite meal that I make because what he wants to eat changes day to day. He's usually in the mood for something healthy especially after going out to eat for work a lot so the other day when I made chicken and veggie stiry fry he was in 7th heaven. And I made slow cooker beef pot roast last week and he was raving about it, but if I made it too often he probably wouldn't like it. He's really just happy to not have to do any cooking himself!

My DH's fave meal is probably my soy glazed salmon with steamed broccoli and brown rice. He asks for it every week. He also likes my chicken salad, which is great because it's so easy to make!

DH says his new fave meal is my slow cooked pork in lettuce wraps. It's actually a twice cooked pork that I don't really have a recipe for. It's braised pork slices in a soy, sugar, garlic concoction, then quickly fried on high heat. I serve it with a medley of veggies with rice and wrapped up in lettuce leaves.

I know DH likes meals when he gives them nicknames. 
His favorite right now is "Flaky Fish," or tilapia baked with crushed up french fried onions. He also loves Chicken Tamale Casserole, which is a Cooking Light recipe.

DH likes all food lol but one of his favorites is coconut shrimp & cheddar bay biscuits....so yummy, pretty easy & they taste just like the ones from Red Lobster!
