@fancyfunction: @Meggo5: We've been singing it to him pretty much since the minute I found out I was pregnant. DH would specifically sing it to my belly (and I would just walk around singing it). I sing it to him every night before bed (sometimes multiple times) but I slow it down A LOT.

Oh geez,we're clearly the oddballs, but the song that calms LO down if she's upset is Elvis's In the Ghetto. Totally not an appropriate baby song but she loves it!
For happy times, she loves If You're Happy and You Know It, and BINGO (except we changed it to 'there was a mummy/daddy/grandma/grandpa who had a girl and Emily was her name-0, E-M-I-L-Y etc).

The jewel lullaby album instantly calms him. I also sing Mercedes Benz by Janis Joplin to him because after he was born I could not remember any lullabies. I knew the words to that sooo it's my go to song haha.

For the Longest Time - billy Joel. I was watching Glee and she just stopped what she was doing and smiled when it started. I don't know the words that well so I just make them up..haha.
