Tonight in the bathtub Alice signed bubbles a couple times, then said bubbles clear as day! She only said it once so we're not sure if it's a fluke. What's funny is that she's scared of bubbles! We have a little bubble machine we play with in the bath and it usually terrifies her. But we go to a sign and story time where the teacher uses a bubble machine and she's coming around to the idea. After she signed bubbles, we blew some bubbles and she actually touched one. She's also been saying "Dake" lately which we think is how she's pronouncing her twin brother's name.

Blake doesn't say as many words, but he's babbling mama lately. I've been secretly whispering it to him while he nurses at MOTN wake ups and I think the subliminal messages are working.
