I'm done pumping, but that was exactly my schedule! 9, 12, and 3 for about 20 minutes each time. I pumped different amounts, but I usually ended up with about 15 ounces per day. Five to freeze, 10 for two bottles the next day plus a frozen bag of 5 ounces.

9:30, 1:00, and 4:30. I used to get about 16 ounces a day, then 12, and now that DS is almost 1 I'm only getting about 9-10 a day.

Mine used to be 11:00 and 3:30, but when my supply started to dwindle, I went to 9:00, 12:00, 3:30 (and 6:30, 9:00 )!

Mine varies but I try to follow DD's schedule. It's usually 8:30, 11:30, 2:30. I work 6:30-3 and use my own office to pump and pump while I work. I am thankful my job is flexible with it.

I finished EPing a few weeks ago. When I was EPing I was 8am, 3pm and 9pm. I was getting about 18oz.

6A, 11:30A, 4P, 7P, 10P, I get about 30 oz a day. Sometimes if I have an evening event, I'll do 5P instead of the 4 & 7. I'm sure sometime soon I'll be weaning, but I'm still working on my stash.

So total 12-15 oz's per day for 5 pump session. I send 14 oz's per day to daycare.

I am at my office 1-6 M-F.
I pump for thirty minutes, 15 mins per side, at 230 and 430, and I end up with a measly 6 ounces total. When I get home I feed LO then pump once more just to get enough to cover the next day.

10am, 1pm, 4pm.
Usually get 13-15 total oz. I also pump at 10pm (the worst!) and get another 4-5oz, just enough for when DS is at daycare!

I work 8:30-5:00 and pump at 9:30, 12:15, and 3:30 (give or take a half an hour depending on how my appointments are scheduled that day). Double electric pump and handsfree bra - usually 20-30 minutes each session.
I usually produce 15-20oz from those sessions to make three 3.5 oz bottles for daycare and then I freeze all the extra.

I only worked part-time (one day a week in the office while LO was younger than 9m) but worked 8:30am-6:30pm and only pumped around noon and got about 12-20oz. If I had been in the office more I'd have had to pump twice.

Here is my current pumping schedule and LO is 9 months. I only work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
6am-BF one side, LO back to sleep
7am- pump at home other side (3-4oz)
11am- pump at work (3-4 oz)
3 pm- pump in car on way home (3-4 oz)
I usually pump enough to cover what she eats when I'm gone (10-12oz). I also pump the other 4 days a week in the morning to keep my stash going or to have some fresh milk on hand if I go out. My output is definitely dropping now that I only pump every 4 hours, but I only have a few more weeks of work before being done for the summer. I just hope to make it with BFing to August when she turns 1.
