Winter + Handwashing dishes = dryest hands ever. I'm used to have dry nails/cuticles, but my hands are dry everywhere, esp in between my fingers... dry patches everywhere. I've beent rying to drink a ton of water, lotioning, and aquaphoring, but they're still dry

I use the Body Shop's absinthe purifying hand cream. I like the smell, and it doesn't feel greasy or heavy. I keep a big tube over the kitchen sink and a small tube in my purse and in the diaper bag.

I use The Body Shop's Hemp Hand Protector. Non-greasy and absorbs quickly. Some aren't a fan of the scent, but it's the only thing I've found that works for my super duper dry hands!

I love the Aveda hand cream! Been using it a lot. And at work I have the BabyGanics Eczema Care cream at my desk. I've also been using olive oil on my nails and cuticles at night. And some Aquaphor with gloves, when it gets really really bad. My hands are a hot mess

I do a few things... For cuticles, I like the "Healthy Hoof" cream they sell at CVS. For hands, I do a pumice scrub and lots of Neutrogena Norweigian Formula lotion. It's the only thing that really works for me without feeling greasy. Also, dishwashing gloves!

I LOVE the Yes to Carrots intense repair lotion. I keep a bottle at my bedside and a bottle at work. I work in a hospital so I'm going in and out of patient room, using the hand sanitizer each time I enter AND leave the room. This helps protect my hands a lot. I try to remember to slather it on right before I leave the house and leave work, before I put my gloves on.

Sween Cream. It's unbelievable. It fixed my cracking, bleeding, dry hands. It totally healed my husband's hands too, and his were awwwful.

@Alivoo01: that's what i keep next to our kitchen sink! i love it! l'occitane is my favorite, but it's so $$, so hemp protector works fine for me.
i have to lotion every time i wash my hands, gloves while washing dishes helps, but i'm bad about that one, and i make sure i coat my hands in lotion before going to bed at night.

I use either Aveeno's Eczema Therapy (which is amazing. LOVE it. Recommended by my dermatologist) or L'Occitane's Dry Skin Hand Cream. I hate it when lotions make my skin feel all oily, and these both are really nice and absorb well.

O'Keeffe's Working Hands Cream! I have cracks and splits on my fingers like I've never had before, and this cream really helps. I got mine on Amazon.

Eucerin, the really really thick stuff that is difficult to get on, is the best. It's so gross, but it works really well on the most dry hands!

Another plug for The Body Shop's Hemp hand protector- I use it constantly, and always have a tube in my purse.
Also, the Mr. has really bad eczema on his hands, and the Working Hands Cream has done wonders for his hands! It's pretty heavy duty!
We both use gloves for washing dishes, it's the only thing that keeps things from getting unbearably dry!

Fish oil. My hands have been crazy dry (cracking, peeling) since my kids were born. My naturopath recommended fish oil and it's helping. I just take a tsp/day. I do still use lotion and a humidifier though!

Broke down and ordered working hands yesterday. My hands are cracked and bleeding and that's supposed to be the absolute best!

Aveeno during the day and then I cover my hands in aquaphor and wear cotton gloves at night. I have been battling.eczema on my hands since LO was born and this is what has been helping most.
