DH golfs three times a week in the summer and plays hockey twice a week in the winter.

I realize that I don't really do much, besides the odd brunch with my friends or hanging out with my sister. It doesn't bother me now since I work so much, but when I'm off on maternity leave all next year I'm worried I will go out of my mind not having any sort of regular social activity to partake in.

I don't really play any sports. I'm a runner but hate running with people, so running groups are out. I used to play flute and piano in a community band but the times don't work well for me. I'm thinking of starting a Baking & Book Club with my friends. Is this lame?
