We went to Disney when I was in grade 5! that was the first big trip I remember. When I was 2 and my sister was 1, my mom and her friend and her two daughters (2 and 4 yrs) took us all to florida! i dont remember it though!

We don't have kids yet and the cats are too unstable to travel but we have been on a trip almost every month for the 2 years we have been dating. I love it, well I love it now that we only drive.

We took LO to San Diego when she was almost 5 months old! We went to the zoo and hung out with friends! I'm not counting a trip home to see my parents when she was almost 3 months old.

Real vacay was Hilton Head Island back in July! LO was.. 15 months old.

We drove to the beach (3 hours) when LO was 2.5 months! It was just a weekend, and not very vacation-y. Then we had a trip to visit family at 3.5 months. The next time we went to the beach LO was almost 6 months and that was a lot of fun; that's the one I consider our first family vacation.

My IL's are planning a week beach trip for the family to NC sometime next summer...probably in late June or July. DH and his family used to go down every summer when he was a kid. We went this past summer and had a blast...all of DH's family was there...I'm really excited to bring E there.

We just got back from a vacay in Watercolor, FL. It was great, but LO was in the middle of her 4 month sleep regression... not so great.

We took lo camping when she was three months. We stayed in cabins.

We went up north to a rural lake with my family and stayed at a lake house for a week - it was super fun!!
A couple days later we went to NY to visit family.

We went on an overnight trip and stayed in a cabin last month when L was 6 months old. Our next family trip will be in Dec when we travel cross country to visit family for the holidays!

With DD 1 it was a long weekend getaway to Atlantic City. With DD 1 and DD 2 it was to Wailea, Maui.

Our first family trip was to Peru, my home country when DS was 6 months old. But our real first vacation was this past summer to Florida. He was 13 months old.

As kids it was to Disneyland when we were all tiny. All 4 of us had matching suitcases and fanny packs and it was the best week of our lives!
