DS' first birthday is right around the corner.
And I've had more than a few flare-ups in the last few weeks!! We don't have any plans of TTC until mid next year. But, I def get uber excited thinking about it! I never thought I'd ever miss being pregnant, but I do sometimes!! Saw one of my bff's best friend with her belly at a shower last weekend and it TOTALLY made me miss my pregnancy with DS!

LO is 4 months and I had a BIG flare up of baby rabies around 3months. It's tapered off since then because I've just been too insanely busy to think about it...but I do have the occasional day where I'm all omgbabynoww. Luckily those are few and far in between

DD will be one in three weeks and I have total baby fever right now. I think my hubby would like to go ahead and get started because he keeps hinting at having a second LO sooner rather than later. I just got my first PP period back too so looks like we may be starting soon!

DS is 10 months and it comes and goes. We'll TTC probably when he turns 2 so we have a little while. I find that when I get the fever I have to remind myself of engorgement, hours attached to the pump and all the post partum hormonal craziness and it quickly goes away

I'm crashing this thread as a mom of 2..haha. I first felt baby fever right after my LO was born but it didn't get serious until she was 4-5 months old.
I feel kinda crazy but I want to TTC for #2 next year....but I want to make sure baby #3 is born after my oldest LO turns 3...maybe 3.5. Hmmm, that would make the baby#2 around 2?Ok, maybe not!

Just barely getting started and my LO will be 2 in November. We always said we'd start trying when she was almost 2 so that our kids will be around 3 years apart (hopefully)

I've been getting the fever lately! I thought we would wait until the spring/summer to try again.... BUT we haven't been preventing so I guess it could happen sooner!

@Cherrybee: I know. I KNOW. Seriously, I had a full on 'get me preggo NOW' moment at 3 months. My brain obviously was having issues. We are now wavering between one and done and having another.... NEVER thought I'd say that!

LO is 9 months and while i have thought about a possible #2, it's all been in a very hypothetical sense and i have not experienced any baby fever.
although there are times that i have missed being pregnant!

I'm on the fence with this. She 10 months and my mind goes back and forth a lot on do we want to try for another one. If we do, I'd like her to be over 2 when #2 is born.

DD is 1 next week. I totally miss being pregnant. so it really flares up a lot. But I get so scared at having a newborn to take care of along with DD! I guess I'll have to take the plunge some day....

I wouldn't say I have baby fever, but I definitely have preggo fever. I loved being pregnant and sometimes I miss it so much. LO is almost 7 months old and I know I don't want another baby right now, but I would love to be pregnant again! We probably won't start trying for at least another 18 months.

The boys are 7 months old and I haven't had any real flares of baby fever yet. The closest I've come was when I saw my friends tiny twins last weekend. I just couldn't believe my boys were ever that little and snuggly, so it at least made me think about how nice it would be to have a little snugglebug again someday. But, then we made the trip home with the boys home from my in-laws, and I decided we're never having more children. In all seriousness, I expect I won't get any real baby fever for a loooong time.

@Bookish: I had the same baby fever! 3 months and I wanted to be preggo again and see those tiny little feets again. Then I realized I barely get any sleep and that is crazy talk! Haha

Never got baby fever (not even with LO #1), but ended up getting pregnant w/ LO #2 when LO1 was 13 months-- they will be 22 months apart!

I had baby fever bad around 6-9 months pp. I think that was when things were improving between DH and I and LO started STTN. I also started WW which made it a goal to conceive again. I'm now at pre-pregnancy weight, but want to lose a little more.
Three babies have been born in the past week among neighbors and friends. I miss my belly and as tough as newborn hood is, I miss it a bit. LO's 14 months old. I don't want too much space in between him and another LO. At this point, I could see doing the whole pregnancy/baby thing again.

When my nanny starts LO will be 3 months old and she plans on singing the ABC's, reading lots of books, tummy time and two walks outside a day. She is also going to set up play dates, visit the children's museum and take him to educational classes. I personally think he's a little too young for classes, but all the other parents in NYC seem to send their infants to them!

mild at 6 months, really hit me around 15 months or so, now at 21 months it is on high! I am definitely jealous every time I see a belly, I loved that special feeling and how you connected with the baby through movement, etc. hoping our TTC issues can be resolved enough for me to rejoin the club in the next 4 months or so.

Sometimes I have very fleeting moments when I miss when dd was littler or a belly baby and I wish I had recorded things better, taken more video, etc. But I don't necessarily have baby fever for another baby..there's nothing like the first child IMO.

I should add- I do, however, have wanting-another-CHILD-fever, if that exists. I want dd to have a sibling! I just don't love the pregnancy/newborn baby part of it!

I have an almost 3 year old and while I thought I would want another, I do not. Not even cuddling with a 2 month old for a bit yesterday sent me into baby mode.

@mrsjyw: I'm in the same boat as you! We plan to try for baby 2 next year after DD turns one this December but I'm already thinking about it and kinda want to ditch the birth control now and if it happens it happens. DH said I REALLY need to think this through. Haha. Baby fever is creeping in!

Um....I've had baby fever bad since DD was born almost 7 months ago. LO number 2 is not likely to happen for a few years realistically, but that doesn't stop me from wanting to try for another now anyway.

C is 8 months old now and I can remember thinking I couldn't wait to get pregnant again when she was 3 weeks old. Crazy and not something I actually would have gone through with, but I still have baby fever. Or maybe pregnancy fever? I LOVED being pregnant.
I think, ideally, that I'd like to be pregnant around this time next year, but we have quite a few "life" things that need to be put in place before that (new house, possibly new city, new career for my husband, etc.). The reality of all that's involved will likely delay things a little longer.
I am 4 years younger than my only brother and would like my kids to be closer in age, despite my mom insisting that she loved having kids 4 years apart because she got to really enjoy each of us as babies. I get her point, but I also know that it could get kind of lonely, especially when my brother moved to college and I was still at home for 4 more years.

15 months is when it really started consistently but I had fleeting moments of it here and there before hand.

A month after LO was born? Seriously though...I loved being pregnant and missed it almost immediately. It was such a fun time in life. C was also an incredibly easy newborn which also makes it a little easier to dream of getting pregnant sooner rather than later.
Last month I got my period back at 3 months PP (even though C is EBF and still has a couple MOTN wakeups! wahhhh!) but it started really unusually - just very minimal spotting for the first day or two! DH and I both thought it was implantation spotting and that I was pregnant again and I kinda got my hopes up. So now I'm REALLY feeling the baby fever but I know it'd be best to wait a few more months at least.

24-26 months - it was bad! I got pregnant with E when he was 29 months.
