LO is 12 months old and is in daycare during the day while I work. On the weekends when we go out, I still use a true diaper bag (backpack style) but am wondering if I can start to make do with my purse and the Pronto changer for now. I am getting a bit tired of always switching bags on the weekends but am nervous that I will be venturing out into the world without a change of clothes, some toys, etc. Maybe I will keep the diaper bag in the car but just carry a few things with me in my purse?

Also, we baby wear a lot so it's hard to hold the diaper bag, especially the backpack.

When (if you did) did you ditch the diaper bag?
