After you gave birth, how long did it take to get your hospital bill? Still waiting on mine and I wish it would just come so I can get the damage over with!

8 weeks PP and nothing yet. I got the bill from my doctors office and the insurance statement for the hospital. Going by the insurance statement it's not so bad, but we will have to wait on the hospital bill to be for sure!

We got ours while we were in the hospital still. We actually still had one day left, which I thought was kind of strange.

I got an initial bill about 2 weeks later, but it didn't process through insurance until about 8 weeks.
But I got a 20% discount for paying in full! Whoop Whoop!

A couple weeks but it was just a summary not to pay it. Then probably around 6-8 weeks PP we got the bill minus what insurance paid.

In the hospital. Although they ended up overcharging us so we got a check back at like 2 weeks pp.

They told us to pay it at the hospital and we tried but nobody could figure out who we were supposed to pay. Not admitting, not the nurses, not at discharge. Nobody would take our money.
We got a call about a week later and the rep was practically screaming at me for skipping out on the bill. She was awfully surprised when I told her we had tried to pay and immediately gave her our FSA info. I guess she expected deadbeats. When I asked her who exactly we were supposed to pay at the hospital she didn't know either. Plus, it was just $250, which is practically nothing in hospital terms.

Don't know. Even though I handle every single other bill I don't do medical bills. It started when I had so many ER trips and the bills really stressed me out (the hospital would constantly bill us incorrectly and we would have to do conference calls with our insurance company to clear it up) so hubs took over all medical bills. He pulls them out of the mail before I even see them because he knows how upset they make me. It has nothing to do with the money, just the headache.
