I know carriers are different too... I'm planning on selling one of mine and getting an new one (Tula or Lenny), I wonder if getting a standard/baby can still work for us for a good while or I should just go toddler now. DD is almost 11 mo and she's ~20 lbs ~28 inches. Very avg sized in weight and height.

If you get a Tula, you'll need to get a standard still. The toddlers are massive, a lot of people say they should be called preschoolers. My one DD is 27 months old and still has tons of time left in the standard, at least a year probably. I'm not sure on the Lenny, I think the baby one would be too small though from what I remember reading?

If you are looking at the Tula, I think it is very similar to the ergo 360, so you can look into that if you are interested. its 1 size, and at 11 months, she will fit in it well.

Tula toddlers don't start fitting until kiddos are at least in size 2t pants. My 26 month old is in 2t and still fits well in the standard.

@MrsB2012: I've heard Lenny toddlers are massive too, but then LOs also tend to outgrow baby Lennys sooner and people always wish there's an in-between!

@Pumpkin Pie: I haven't tried on a Tula yet! I don't regret the 360 at all tho. DD loved facing out from like 5-9 months!
