assuming once LO2 could sit up steady?
LO1 showers right now, so I don't know if we'll ever do double bath times unless LO1 really wants to!

When DD2 could sit unassisted.

I started when K was 5 months. I put the infant tub in the bathtub. L doesn't like swimming around the tub, so she didn't care that 1/2 the tub was taken up by the baby tub. SOOO much easier!

Around 1 month. LO2 had one of those bath mat things, I just quickly washed her and then would dress her right there on the bath mat so I am within arms reach with LO1 or hand her off the DH, or DH would take over LO1's bath.

3 months? We put the baby bath in the bathtub so they could be together. They loved it! The only reason we don't do it now is because DD2 goes to bed so early.

When the youngest was about 4 months old and stable in a bath seat. Actually now that she's older (9 months) and crawling/cruising, I'm much more nervous about having then in together unless DH or I gets in too.

When DD2 can sit unassisted, I know DD1 will LOVE it and think it's so cool.

Early but one of us got in to hold LO 2.

About a month ago, so 4m? One of us holds the baby. It's so much easier. We haven't used the infant tub since she was a month old!

We started doing it regularly this month (H is 8 months, C is 2 1/2)-- they both seem to like it! I think he enjoys it more than she does, because he cuts in to her swimming space
@Bao: What bath mat thing? Right now, I have to call in the hubs to get H out of the tub while I let C swim around.

When DS2 was steadier at sitting. He was around 7 months

I love doing their baths together! We started before Christmas, I think? So around 7 months. Once both were steady while sitting on their own.
