A little over 2. She was obsessed the first time she played with it. It was the first thing she wanted to play with in the morning and can sit and play play-doh for hours. Now at 3.5 she still likes it but doesn't play with it as long.

Around 2 years of age. I made a batch, smushed it into a table and gave my son penne pasta to stick into it, since he wouldn't touch it.

22 months andddddd he eats it like it's a freaking snack

My first didn't play with it until 2, but my 19 month old has been obsessed with it for a couple of months now. She doesn't try to eat it, and I figure it's good for fine motor skills.

I made him some homemade play do last summer when he was about 14 months. He didn't really like playing with it! We may try again this summer. I prefer playing outside on the deck so there's not much clean up!

15 months maybe? She's never been a huge fan. That's an activity for grandma or the sitters house!

@magnoliamama42: yeah, i usually use construction paper and i put them on top of a mat.... when they're new they are super wet! DD doesn't really get them on her clothes; more just all over her hands. I usually have her bib on hand tho. She isn't painting or anything so I haven't really bought art smocks.
