I thought I would never stop breaking out! I think my skin officially cleared up (for good) when I was 28.
Do you still have occasional break outs? Or is acne a thing of the past?

I still have occasional breakouts. I'm 30 and did a course of accutane back in early 2008. During pregnancy I didn't have any breakouts and it was awesome! After I got my period back, my skin also went back to its usual self.

I've never had a consistent problem with acne. But I've always broken out if I am experiencing a stressful time. It's so annoying. I think my skin will always react this way.

Lucky! I always break out and my skin during pregnancy was awful.

I had bad acne when I was pregnant. I felt like I was 13 again.

I had bad acne in high school... it started getting better when I got on birth control in college and it definitely subsided with the occassional breakout (1 or 2 pimples) since then into my adulthood... about six months ago, I started getting nasty breakouts on my chin (I've never had acne there)... it's gotten better since I've gone off birth control, but that is the spot where I get 1 or 2 pimples around period-time...
I hope I don't run into acne problems with pregnancy...

i had pretty bad acne when i was pregnant with charlie. it was milder with olive. now after having olive, my skin got so clear -- i don't think i've broken out since! i've always had an occasional pimple here and there though pre kids.

Still dealing with it... I get cystic acne so it is deep, large and red (yay!). I have switched makeup recently to bare minerals and noticed that when the makeup isn't caked on to cover up any issues there are less issues. Time will tell I suppose.

I never got bad breakouts, but I still get pimples. I usually have one on my face at all times.

I keep hoping that my skin clears up one day... I don't have so much big breakouts as just constant oil that likes to become a breakout during certain times of the month, and general uneven skin color that means I wear makeup even on the weekends. Bleh.

At 30 I still get tiny bits of breakouts, but my skin has cleared up a TON since getting pregnant (this is the best my skin has ever looked in fact!)

I broke out for the first time when I was 27 and really really stressed at work. Eventually it disappeared, but reappeared during my first trimester (BAD). Now that I'm nearing the end of my second trimester, it has cleared up for the most part. I was so desperate I bought the Belli acne cleanser but it's hard to tell if it was that or hormones that have calmed the acne monster!

I have never had a problem with breakouts until I got pregnant... But even what I consider a break out on myself is generally unnoticeable to other people and consists of maybe 3 or 4 zits somewhere on my face.

My face is awful right now... I'm 18 wks and my chin is terrible. I had to ask the doctor (GP) to write me a prescription for something safe to clear it up. I never had this with my first baby.

I remember getting my first big pimple.... the day before picture day in 5th grade smack in the center of my cheek! From then on I battled with crazy face filled acne until it started to somewhat clear up around 22-23. Still had breakouts on specific areas around my face and finally went to a dermatologist (mainly because I got engaged and needed/wanted my face to be somewhat clear on my wedding day. Now at 25 and pregnant, my face has cleared up completely! I know i know, it's usually the opposite...you break out more. I just hope it stays after baby arrives!

I still break out. I have my dads skin. He broke out forever! He still gets zits, and he is in his 50's! I'm doomed!!!!

I was lucky as a teen/young adult and always had pretty decent skin with just the occasional pimple. Pregnancy has not been kind to me though. My back is so, so broke out you could play connect the dots. My chest is horrible also and I am really self conscious about it. I've never worn low cut shirts but even some of my "modest" shirts make me uncomfortable now because it's so bad. Luckily my face hasn't been AS bad with just one or two pimples at a time.
Anybody know any good, pregnancy safe acne treatments? I gotta do something about this before the weather warms up.

oh that it would stop. the end of the first tri-the second tri my skin was the clearest it's been since I was 12. now it's bad again, boo. and I have really bad texture, too. if it ever stops breaking out I'll work on the texture.

I've always had pretty good skin with only the occasional pimple. My skin has remained good during pregnancy, with the weird caveat that I've gotten a few of these little white heads right on the edge of my lower lip that I've never had any other time. I have no idea what that's about...

After accutane (14 years ago?).....not that I never got or get a pimple here and there but it was night and day before and after accutane for me.

I took Accutane for five months when I was 20 and then want on the Pill pretty much straight after so imagine my horror when my acne came back when I stopped taking the Pill!
I've been off the Pill for eleven months and I'm still breaking out with horrible cystic acne and blocked pores!

I will be 31 weeks tomorrow. At first I just broke out on my arms and chest. Then it cleared up. Now I am breaking out all over my stomach and face. I hate it. = (

I had beautiful skin when I was a teenager and then I went on the pill at 18 and it lasted until I went off in my mid 20s. It's been bad ever since, and pregnancy made it worse until recently (currently 28 weeks). I'm finally pretty clear, but I can't remember the last time my face didn't have a single breakout.
