We stopped within the last couple of days. She's 5 weeks. We got lazy. Still tracking nursing/pumping/bottles, if only because it's easier to remember which side I'm on and when she's due! Also on baby connect

Never did. Just noticed when it had been too long or they'd been too few or too dry.

@JessiBee: yes ! I'm doing nursing, pumping and sleep on baby connect. I think I'm ready to drop the diapers. One less thing to think about !

Haha, LO is 23 weeks today and I just stopped this week. Not sure why I did it so long, but it became habit. I finally had enough this week

I stopped at 7 weeks. Now I only do feeding and pumping. Sometimes sleep if I feel like she's not napping enough. But it's a lot to keep track of if you're doing it all!

We stopped after her two week appointment where it was obvious she was having no issues putting on weight.

I like tracking the dipes so far because she doesn't always get fussy about dirty diapers, and sometimes it's all dried and caked on if we haven't checked in a long time. Everyone else is like, "she'll cry if it's dirty!" but she doesn't.
Now the sleep tracker is something I haven't been able to do well with at all....

After he started putting on weight and his jaundice cleared up so probably 2 weeks. I'm extremely type A so I'm surprised I didn't keep it up but I just go with the flow and follow his cues. I should start keeping track of naps and bottles for when he starts daycare but I've got time still.

We're still tracking! We track nursing, pumping, bottles, sleep, diapers...even playing! But that's cuz I'm anal.
ETA: D is 8 weeks.

Still am at 4 mo. Mostly out of habit and cuz he is pooping only every few days as of a week ago so I want to make sure he doesn't go more than that. I don't always track every wet diaper anymore though. Also the reason i do is because I track BFing on the sane app. I really like tracking BFing so I can see how much he drinks from day to day, time between feedings and which boob to use if I can't remember and they feel the same

Don't have kids, but as a nurse, we tell parents to track until baby is back to birth weight. After that it's only if they aren't gaining as they should (like taking a long time to get back to birth weight). But if it makes you feel more comfortable, do it! There's nothing better than peace of mind!

the only thing I still keep track of at 7 months is poopy diapers. LO is easily constipated now that he's eating solid food.

after about a week. especially once we realized that he screamed once he peed in a diaper and wanted it changed.....

I stopped after 2 1/2 weeks of her being home, once I got more comfortable with being a mom.

I think we tracked up until her first doctor's appointment at 5 days and then stopped. She had so many diapers that we knew she was fine. At around a month or so I was able to tell if something was up or if she hadn't had a dirty or wet diaper in a while.

Once he went to daycare at 12 weeks we stopped tracking everything. Although daycare does track his poppy diapers, what he eats and his naps so I guess we somewhat track.

I think a couple of weeks or maybe a month. Now at 6-7 months old, we make sure to note when he's had a dirty diaper. Yesterday, he went most of the day without one, then I noticed the telltale smell of Desitin butt and knew he pooped.

I tracked everything except sleep (never tracked sleep) for about 3 weeks. Then I gave up. I don't even track feedings anymore!

@shopaholic: at 8 Wks, L screams bloody murder if his pants are set but he will sit in a poopy diaper no problem. What a weirdo!

Never tracked. Even at the hospital when they gave us the sheet to track, I was too exhausted (from all the visitors) to keep track!
