Did you continue working out until the bitter end? Or did you stop at some other point in your pregnancy?

I went to the gym at 39 wks0days pregnant for the last time, and went into labor two days later! I'm proud of myself for continuing to go, although I definitely slowed down--I was doing maybe 15-20 min on the elliptical and some walking on the treadmill.

Sadly-- right away. As soon as the 1st trimester nausea hit, I pretty much stopped going, and I haven't gotten back in to the gym since I started feeling better! I'm really going to try to get back, now that we are moved and I'm still feeling good. My gym membership is up when I'll be about 36 weeks, so I'll stop by then for sure.
I'm super impressed with people who can go til the end. I've taken classes with women like that and always feel so lame if I'm having a harder time than the pregnant lady!

I had to stop almost immediately The exhaustion was so bad that I just couldn't do it. From about 17-23 weeks I hit a great energy spike where I started to lift light weights and go for my daily walks again, but right at 23 (I'm almost 27 now) my exhaustion came back, I swelled up really bad, and I get out of breath when I walk more than 10-15 minutes
I *HATE* it. I had every intention of keeping up my routine but my body has kicked my butt. It sucks.

I did my last pre-baby crossfit class this past Tuesday, which was my due date.

I'm 34 weeks today and still going to the gym 6x/week, but the intensity of what I'm doing has dropped off dramatically. Most days I just do 45 mins on the elliptical and some kind of low-intensity weight training 2-3x/week (had to quit crossfit at 24 weeks). Judging by how I feel, I'm guessing by the end I'll really only want to be walking but am going to try to do something every day til the end!

I'm 28 weeks and I am still going but I dread it and have to force myself to leave the house. I teach and am on my feet all day. I'm exhausted when I get home. I want to quit so bad but I feel guilty about it!

@rahlyrah: That's why I go in the morning. It's still painful but no WAY i could go after work.

23 weeks because I had horrible symphysis pubis dysfunction, i.e., my hips and pelvis would pop out of socket. Now at 33 weeks I am about to start swimming again since my physical therapist cleared me. I hope to swim til baby comes!

After baby dropped at 33 weeks I found it a lot harder to run but I still biked indoors and my runs became more like fast walks with jogging thrown in. This pregnancy I've taken it easy some weeks in the first trimester, if I'm too nauseous to eat much then I don't exercise. But this week I've been feeling and eating good so I've gone on runs every day.
