When he started crawling. He'd look at them and smile, pet if they came up to him, etc. at about 5 months. When he started crawling he became really interactive with them.

14 months and LO still doesn't show huge interest (or at least as much as i had hoped for). he tries to hug them sometimes, but at most a couple of times a week. otherwise he doesn't pay much attention to them as he's tearing around the apartment.

For Wagon Jr., he is now just getting interested. At age 4! For LMW from the second she saw them!! She absolutely loves the dogs!!

She's just really started to look at our cat and follow his movements in the past couple weeks (she's 16 weeks now). She's still not overly interested, though. Kitty was super upset and jealous of her for about 2 months -- to the point where he boycotted anyplace she had been. He wouldn't sit on the couch, wouldn't go near her room, and would even sometimes avoid me because I smelled like her. Now he comes up and sniffs at her occasionally but still mostly keeps his distance.

Since about 12 months? We worry that he might actually hurt my MILs dogs because he's obsessed.

LO and one of our cats are mutually obsessed with each other. He's 4 months, but probably started really noticing her at about 3 months.
I took this pic tonight

At about 8 months he became very interested in our golden retriever! He squeals and laughs every time he gets close or licks him.

Really early, actually. As soon as she could focus on and reach for things, she showed interest in the dog. The first time she ever laughed was at him. They've always had a fun, sweet relationship. Now that she's 13 months, she actually plays with him. She plays tug-of-war, fetch, and they wrestle (he's 9 pounds).

I think REAL interest started between 5/6 months. He used to watch them but I'm not sure he knew what he was watching... Then all of a sudden it was like BAM. Smiling at the cat/dog, trying to chase after them. Grabbing tails and ears. Looking for them.

He started smiling at them at 3 months. For the last couple of months he's been crawling after them, laughing when they're near him, etc. Its so fun!
