My LO was 14 months when she started taking 1 nap around the same time every day. I think moving from the infant to young toddler room at daycare helped a lot!

She got on a great 2 nap schedule at 7 months. After a while that fell apart, then she went to one nap for a few weeks at 10.5 months, at 11 months she went back to two naps and has been consistent since.

Around 6 months, he stated taking 3 consistent naps at the same times, give or take 15/20 min. Makes planning our day so much easier!
