My DD is 3.5 months old and I'm wondering how long I might have to keep up this diet. My pedi said that at 6 months old, they usually outgrow it. Was this true for you? If not, when?

I checked 11 months, but we didn't really try anything before that. M was formula fed on Nutramigen by that point, so there wasn't much experimentation.
I'm so impressed with moms who do an elimination diet! We were already FF before M's MSPI diagnosis so I never did it. I hope your LO grows out of it quickly!

@MrsF: The diet is really hard! It's fine if I'm at home, but it's really difficult if I want to go out to eat or go to a friend's for dinner. We tried Nutramigen with LO at 8 weeks, but she got SUPER gassy with it and it ruined her sleep.
I'm hoping that we can try it again and maybe she'll do better on it when she's a little older. It's really hard for me to pump and get enough for a bottle for her, so I can never leave her and I'm paranoid about what little I have in the freezer!

R is on Alimentum for a milk and soy protein interoperable. I never had to cut anything from my diet - it was just the formulas that gave her issues. She's been able to have yogurt with no reaction for about a month and she's 10.5 months old. I voted 10 months but meant to vote 9.
