My dog was a little sulky when we brought LO home. He tolerated for her several months but now he seems to really like her at 6 months. He follows her everywhere, licks her feet during nursing sessions and even lets her play with his tail!

Aaaw... they are going to be best buds! When my first came along my dog was quite depressed. She pretty much was glued to my feet everywhere I went and if she wasn't by my feet she would lie in front of me with paws by her nose sulking and looking sad. I felt so bad. She didn't bother my son at all and then as he got older she got more curious (like yours) and now they run around the house playing. It's really cute. It's like I have three kids b/c I also have to break them apart when they are "fighting." Now I have a second boy and I think since she went through it once she took it much better this time. Not as sulky but hasn't really cared much for him for now. She'll go and sniff him from time-to-time and that's about it. She's getting old (11.5 y.o.) but still acts like she's 5, especially after I started her on some glucosamine and MSM supplements. I hope she can keep up with both boys when my youngest is more mobile.

My dog was the same. But he's a big licker. So we would tell him no if he licked her face and ears, and I think now that he's not allowed to lick as much s he wants he doesn't love her as much. Plus, she can now crawl to him and bother him. He usually just walks away.

So sweet!
Our dog fell in love instantly, and one cat loved him within a day or two. One cat pretends he doesn't exist, and one is coming around now after 5 months. No real drama, just mostly ignoring him.

Cute! We have a rabbit, and a 3 month old baby. The rabbit is very much not a fan of the baby so far, but I'm hoping he'll come around eventually...
