I always brush my teeth before breakfast. What about you...brush before or after??

Before since I eat breakfast at work during the week. After on the weekends.

I have to brush my teeth after eating bc of my stupid Invisalign. It grosses me out to think of food trapped under my trays...Barf!

When I get out of the shower, so before breakfast or coffee. It's kind of gross that I drink coffee right after, but otherwise I run out of time and rush it.
@PrincessBaby: I was SO good about brushing when I had invisalign. Its also a good diet aid, since it would just seem not worth it to take it, brush, etc, just for a cookie or something. -
