We're trying to follow the basic EASY routine, but hold to it very loosely. Recently, however, my 3mo will only go to sleep while nursing or in the car. This doesn't bother me at night because she sleeps for 9+ hours. Naps are a different story, because I end up nursing twice as much as I need to. So, I have two questions.
1) Should I continue to feed her right after she wakes from a nap just to reinforce the routine?
2) How do I get her to start falling asleep again without the boob? I don't think pick up, put down will work for her ever. I'm not going to CIO, and don't really want to "train" before 4-5 months anyway.
