7 pm. I guess you could say that she chose it, but based on our necessary morning schedule? We have to be up by 6:30am (7:00am at the absolute latest) most days to get her to daycare and get ourselves to work, and in order for her to be awake at that time, she has to be down by 7. Usually, she is ready by 6:30, but we try to push it until at least 7 so that we can have some time with her after work.

9pm and it's perfect for us. Because of my schedule, he doesn't have to wake up until 8:00-8:30 and he usually does sleep that late.

N goes to sleep between 8-midnight. It just depends on what is going on. He gets up sometime between 7:30am-10am. N doesn't go to daycare, my mum watches him when I work. I start back to work on Wednesday but I have the great option to work from home as well.

We don't have a set bedtime. It's normally between 8 and 10pm.
She lets us know when she is tired. And lately she's cutting more teeth and in a leap and is all in all not herself so sleep hasn't been awesome as a whole.

It used to be 730-8, but since he started daycare his is so tired so it's usually 7. He will stay up later if we are out and about.

@lilteacherbee: Does he nap in the evenings? D just kinda melts down in the evenings if we haven't started bath time by 7:30. A lot of the time he takes a cat nap around 6, but even then he doens't make it up very late.

Between 8 and 9. She definitely set her own bedtime. It works for us because she sleeps great when we wait to put her in bed until she's ready and I like that she sleeps late in the morning.

@ShootingStar: yep, he takes a cat nap around 6 and he's fairly happy until 8:30 when we start the bedtime routine. We've been very blessed that he's been a great sleeper from the start.

DS usually needs a quick power/cat nap around 6 so bedtime isn't until 9/10pm! No matter how hard I try to get him to sleep earlier, he won't. he doesn't STTN either and it's hit and miss on a good nights rest

Usually it's 7-7.30. Closer to 7 if her last nap was short. It just kind of works out around that time as it's roughly 3-3.5hrs after her last nap ends. Though sometimes if she's napped late or had a little nap in the car on the way home late afternoon, we'll still put her down at 7.30 and she falls asleep fine.
