@lawbee11: oh I have that book! It's in my pile of "to read" books. I'll have to take a look tomorrow. Maybe I'll try a 7:30 bedtime this week and see what happens. She always has a little power nap sometime between 7-8 so I bet I could just put her to bed then instead.
@LemonLong: 5pm! That seems so early!

@delight: The book suggests moving it up slowly in 15-20 minute increments for a few days. So you could do 8:10/8:15 for 3-4 nights, then 7:50 for a few nights then 7:30.

We start the bedtime routine around 7p and it's lights out by 730-8PM. She is up for the day around 730am so she gets around 11,5-12 hrs a night. She's 21 months old.

@lawbee11: I don't even need to read the book! I just need your advice! I will try that, thanks!

Between 7:30-8 usually for both kids. Charlie is almost 4 and Olive is 2.

@delight: I know! On weekdays I do have to wake her up at 5:30 am to get ready for daycare though, so really it's just 12.5 hours which is in the normal range. It's a little sad that we barely get to see her though since it's home from daycare, give her dinner, then get her into bed right away!
