A just projectiled 2 full boobs of milk over herself, me and the floor. Omg there was a ton of it. I've let her have a play and was thinking about trying to nurse her down but a bit more sick just came up so now I wonder if she might have a bug... She's not acting sick and doesn't have a fever... What should I do, nurse or not?

Anyone? I got her down but wondering whether to feed when she wakes? Right now I'm thinking I will.

I don't have any experience with this, DD is still pretty young. I think you should still feed her if she wants it - she'll need to stay hydrated.
Hopefully she's not sick!!

Yes I would feed her if she's willing to nurse to be sure she stays hydrated. And I would watch to make sure she's having enough wet diapers.

@travelgirl1: I also wanted to add that what is vomitted up usually looks like so much more than what it (amount) really is (it is spread out over a flat surface area). So, if your LO isn't interested in nursing right away (and she may not, she may be comfortably full), just try to feed her around her next scheduled time, or maybe a half hour or so before. One vomitting session won't dehydrate her . . . just keep an eye on how many wet diapers she has.

Normally, C only does that when she has over-eaten or when she has a stomach bug. In either case, I don't feed again unless she's acting hungry and asking for it.
When she's sick, I switch to pedialyte because dairy tends to make it worse for her. Every kids is different with that though.

Thanks guys. She's napping now so she comfort nursed to get to sleep. She has a ton of energy still bit will defo keep an eye on her diapers and offer to nurse when she wakes.
@MsLipGloss: That's what I thought but OMG it was everywhere, all over her, the floor and I was covered in it from head to toe, poor baby. Thank god that harness is coming off on Friday as that got a good covering of it too, lol.
