When did you get your first postpartum period once you stopped breastfeeding?
With my first, I stopped at 4 months and got my period exactly two weeks later.
This time, I stopped at 5 weeks and it's been a month and no sign yet.

I stopped at 14 months and had my first period 2.5 months later.

I hadn't weaned my son yet when I got my period at 13 months postpartum, everyone is soo different!

I ebf both of my girls much beyond a year but still got my period back at 10 weeks pp both times. I think everyone is just different!

I just got mine at 15 months. Still nursing pretty often.

Hadn't weaned my daughter when I got mine the day before her first birthday!

I breastfed for 9.5 months. Got my period back at 4 months while breastfeeding.

I breastfed for a year and it came back 8 months PP.

I BF LO1 until 13 months and got AF at 10 months PP. LO2 is now 13 months and I'm still BF and AF came back around 2 months PP, but I think it was related to getting an iud around the same time.

@Becksabee: my first period came about 4 weeks after finishing breastfeeding., and all I remember was all the blood! it was the heaviest period i've ever had.

I stopped BF DD1 at 8.5 months and got my first PP period at 11ish months. This time, still nursing coming up on 11 months and she hasn't shown up yet (fingers crossed she stays away for a while yet!).

So diff for everyone. I just got mine back and I still breastfeed after not having one since 2011.

i weaned around 12 months and got my period about 5 months later. it was nice not having my period.

Got mine back before I stopped. AF at 9 months, and stopped BF at 13 months.

I was breastfeeding and pumping and it came back at the one month mark.

mine started again at 6.5 months while still nursing, and it was so light I wasn't sure if it was spotting since it was so light. so far I've had 3 cycles and they've all been pretty light.

I stopped BFing at 9 months and got my period a week later. I'm on CD36 since then and no sign of a second one. So I'm wondering when my second one will happen. Haha

I still nurse my 13mo once a day (cutting down from two feedings), and I got mine back at 9 mo pp.

Ebf, Af still showed up at 4.5 months pp!
