My emotional 3 year old has crawled into my lap on the glider the past two nights and has fallen asleep in my arms while I rock her.
How old is your child and when was the last time you rocked them to sleep?

Last night for a little bit! My 15 mo old would not sleep; turned out she pooped but then she was kinda wired/annoyed after!

It's been a while... I think a month or so ago when he had hand foot and mouth and was super sad. Otherwise, he's not much of a snuggler.

Rocking my 12 week old to sleep right now. The toddler doesn't like to be rocked to sleep but likes to snuggle in her bed to sleep. Did that when she woke up early from nap on Tuesday. She's 2.5 and has been sick.

20 months old - probably back around Christmas when he was sick then teething. Once he started walking, rocking became mostly a thing of the past.

My DD still likes me to "hold her like a baby" and I get all teary eyed remembering when I held her like that all the time

Dd1 - a long time
Dd2 - about a month ago right before we did sleep training so she could fall asleep on her own. It's so easy now, I just put her down and she falls asleep but I miss rocking her to sleep too

23 months, and we rock her every night. Lately, she's been fighting everything, but after a long time CIO last night, she finally fell asleep in my arms in the rocket.

Umm ... Never. Unless you count the infant stages where babies just fall asleep everywhere! DD has always put herself to sleep. We've never actively rocked her. Honestly, she wouldn't tolerate it if we tried!

Last night he woke up and I went in and rocked him. I think he fell asleep but he immediately wakes up the second I put him down. Lol. He's almost 2.

Monday night. DS is 18 months and poor little guy has the stomach flu. Before that, I couldn't remember the last time.
