A is just about 6 months old, and has yet to STTN, she's regressed and is up 2-3 times these days. I stopped getting full nights sleep when I was 6-7 months pregnant so we're going on 8 months since I've had more than 6 consecutive hours. It's amazing what you can accomplish when it becomes the new normal.

LO STTN now but I can't! I still randomly wake up...I guess my body is just used to it now. Luckily I usually fall back to sleep quickly. Last time I slept straight through was probably while I was pregnant, so maybe 14-15 months ago?

Haha. About mid-way through my pregnancy I stopped sleeping well, so, well over a year ago.

Not since I was about 4 months pregnant, so over a year ago. I had a woman tell me the other day that waking up in the middle of the night to use the restroom goes away after a year and a half...I think she meant it to be encouraging, but all could think is, "Seriously, another year of this!?"

I don't count waking up to pee as interrupted sleep because I've done that for years lol. So not counting that, LO gave us like 4 nights in a row of STTN last month and then randomly stopped and is making my life hell at night now. Before that it was 3 nights before I had her.

Theee weeks ago both mine slept through the night a few times. Now Blake regularly sleeps 9:30-5:30, but Alice makes up for it by waking up 42 times per night. So that's cool.

I almost never sttn. I always wake at least once or twice to pee, check on LO, sip some water, etc. I rarely have a problem going back to sleep at least!

Never? I'm an insomniac....always waking up to pee, get water, read, watch tv, play on the internet.......I feel like I really don't need that much sleep! And I wish that stores were open in the middle of the night so I could run all my errands in peace.

The night before I gave birth I was up all night puking... so the night before that. The sad thing is baby isn't even home yet!

Last night! Before that....well over a year ago. LO is 12.5 months and just started sometimes sstn, but I'm still adjusting.

DS2 is a little over 13 months and still wakes 1-2x's a night. Before he was born, I was up to pee once a night....*sigh* it's been a while!

We are TTC and this terrifies me more than anything else about having kids. I really need my sleep and I can't function well when I get less than 7-8 hours. The other night I only got about 4 hours due to a canceled flight and I was a wreck at work all day. I cannot, cannot, cannot imagine doing that on a regular basis

Last night. T is finally getting back into the groove. His hospital stay messed him all up sleep wise. We don't get to sleep in though because he wakes up early.

i don't recall, at least a year. i'm a terrible sleeper. i sleep through the night once every few years and it freaks me out, when i wake up i feel like i died or something if i don't at least get up to pee during the night

@MrsADS: I was the same before having a baby, I could sleep til noon if undisturbed! But you'd be surprised how you get used to it and become able to function on much less.
I slept through last night, although DS was up for the day at 5.45 which is still night in my eyes! -

@MrsADS: I was/am like this, and my sleep has not been as bad as I expected (My LO is 12 months now). He inherited my love of sleep. And, to the extent I have less sleep, it has not been as bad as I expected. Especially immediately postpartum, I had some magic hormones that made me not mind the lack of sleep.

Maybe 3 months ago on one of those glorious unicorn nights where LO slept 7:30 to 6.
