Mid-20s, right when I got married. I was going to the gym regularly, hiking a lot, and DH and I sped-walked EVERYWHERE in Philly.

Right when I got pregnant this past fall!
I was running 2-3 times a week, and I had just completed my first 10k.

2000 - I was 20 and my next door neighbor was a personal trainer and we would always hang out and work out, run, go for hikes, classes. She kicked my butt, I was in the best shape ever.

High school. I played tuba in the marching band. So pretty much I carried around a 50 pound weight for practice and games 3 days a week, plus band camp.

20/21. I was working 14 hour days/6 days a week physical labour. It was awesome, loved my bod! I would work those days then run 10-15km after work, I was insane, but didn't really have a life, so a run felt good.....if I could get half that fit again I would be thrilled.

28, when I trained for and ran the Chicago marathon. Surprisingly, I can't spend hours at a time running these days!
