I am STILL in my first cycle post miscarriage. It took 10 weeks from my D&C to my first period after it. I had always been very regular with 28 day cycles. It's been 5 weeks since my last period, so I've officially "missed" my period. BFN at 8dpo, 10, 14 and today...one week late. I am really surprised at how defeated I feel. DH doesn't seem to care in the way I want him to.

It took about 9 weeks for my first to come back, 6 for my second, and then I got pregnant before the third.

i think it took around 5 weeks. but i spotted like crazy after my d and c, like for 3 weeks straight.

@MrsH: oh no! I'm scared now! How do you know if your pregnant each month? Take a million tests or just wait it out?

@MrsTiz: the last three months I have been 28, 30, 24.for the 24 I poas and af came the same day 
the others I just poas around 10 dpo and on.

It took about 7 weeks for my first period after my D&C. After that, I had one cycle of 30 days. Then I was back to my normal 28. I hope you get back to normal soon!

Never. I had to go on clomid. I wasted quite a few months before I figured out that I had stopped ovulating completely

It took me 10 weeks to get a period after my mc. After that I had my shortest cycle ever of 29 days, but then the next cycle I got pregnant on what would have been a 44 day cycle. It's a crapshoot and I know it's so frustrating. Have you been charting? I found that helped so I didn't take unnecessary pregnancy tests.

I think it's took ~5-6 weeks to get my period again after the m/c. I think I had one more cycle in between getting preggers and that was also a little over 5 weeks.

I've never been regular pre-preg but post D&C I got my first period 6 weeks to the day later. 28 days after, I got my second period. These 2 AF's have been so bad, though. Very heavy (sorry for the TMI!) and all day dull cramping. I'm not sure if I'm actually regular now or if I'm just getting "lucky"
