I think around 13 is a good age to have a social media account (IG, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, etc). I've been noticing kids are getting them at younger ages, and I think there is too much out there these days that it makes me nervous. I had social media accounts around the age of 13 when we got our first family computer and I think that was a good age. BUT I would still require I have access to view it until they are a certain age, not sure when that would be though. Things could change over the next 10 years though!
