What meds help you out? I have tried everything in my medicine (Extra Strength Tylenol, Ibuprofen 800, one Norco) cabinet so I am going to see my Dr today or tomorrow to check out my back/side area!

For back pain, nothing works for me aside from Chiro appt/adjustment.

Depends what kind of pain it is. Sometimes i need ice, sometimes ibuprofen...sometimes it's a muscular issue that needs to be worked out! I was having this awful awful pain in my lower back/butt area after bending over cabinets all day (thoracolumbular fascia? semispinalis? i'm googling that area and it's in that region) and I saw this new chiropractor who does Active Release Therapy and holy shit, i could walk again. If it's really bad, I have muscle relaxers and vicodin in the cupboard!

My foam roller usually helps me when I'm having pain, most of my pain tends to be lower back, IT band, tight hips, etc.
