I keep almonds in my desk drawer, or I sometimes bring pretzels in. But I usually find that I'm hungrier right when I get home from work (5:30) and I snack on peanuts, grapes, or pretzels.

Fruit (grapes, watermelon, or plum) or if I'm bad some Hersey's Nugget chocolate...my weakness.

I always have some fruit as my afternoon snack per gym workout.

When I was pregnant I always snacked throughout the day. I always had the following: fruit (peaches, cherries, watermelon or cantelope); and apple slices with white cheddar cheese; and peanut m&ms
I have such a sweet tooth now (8months pp) so I usually have a cookie or chocolate as an afternoon snack
