Do you complain? Do you write reviews online?
We just had a horrible 2.5 hour Mother's Day dinner at a local restraunt. From the horrible service to DD not even receiving all of her dinner. The manager so nicely took our drinks off the bill (2 waters and a coke). So I emailed them and I wrote a review on their Facebook. I am a manager in the customer service/ hospitality world and I am just floored by how some managers act in these situations.
