Did you get a chop ? I'm so so tempted. But no don't even know if it would make my hair look better. It's so thin

I think it started in the first few weeks pp and was coming out in huge handfuls, multiple huge handfuls each shower - it was scary, I thought I'd go bald!! I did get a chop, which I think actually helped, and around 7-8 months pp it slowed down, and where my hair got thin grew back

My hair is super thin and I just got it all cut off. So much easier now! And less for A to grab onto

I did get a chop.... i think it did help -- my hair was too long anyway, and it was gross all long and black and collecting on the floors it looks a bit fuller when shorter and had a better style
i missed the long hair though, so this time around i think i'll cut a little less off the length, but get bangs to deal with those baby hairs that grow back in

I'm just so over it. I always regret cutting my hair even though I don't mind it shorter ! I'm so tired of finding long strands everywhere

I made my hair girl promise not to let me get a mom chop if I tried after baby. I hope I don't regret it. I'm 2 weeks PP and haven't started shedding yet.

@coacheswife123: I'm really glad you posted this.. I had intended on treating myself to a new hairstyle and color a couple weeks PP....but my hair might be falling out at that point! Maybe I'll hold off to see what my hair looks like after a month or two....

@coacheswife123: eek! Ok maybe I'll just hold off on expensive hair services for several months...

I didn't cut mine but I think I'm still shedding more than usual at 9 months PP! Mine started around 4 months (I believe I've heard it referred to as the "four-month fallout"). Yuck.

I just started shedding, at 5 months pp! And not really much at all, just a bit when I wash my hair. It's a cruel joke, too, because I WANT my excess hair to fall out. It's so thick.
