I think Charlie's from last year will probably still fit him. I will probably need to get a new one for Olive though... she's grown so much!
Last year I got her a rashguard from Cabana Life and a swimming suit from Mini Boden. Not sure where I will get one this year though. We definitely need a rashguard because we go to the pool regularly.

I get the bottoms anywhere, but i only buy the rash guards from One Step Ahead. They're tee shirt like material, not the swimsuit material and my son likes them a lot better.

I got DS's bottoms from Walmart (Sponge Bob) and his swim shirt from Target.
Haven't gotten one for DD yet but I have been looking!
Target has a 15% cartwheel for kids swim suits!

Lands End. I love their rash guards for girls. I usually get a solid color rash guard and 2 printed (coordinating) bottoms. They have great coverage and all the swim pieces have SPF built-in. We've had Lands End swim suits for the past 3 years and they have held up VERY well. The rash guards are lined and wear and wash very well. I usually buy the next size at the end of the swim season and have gotten them really cheap that way!

@looch: Oh maybe I should try these. My DS always gets a heat rash under his swim shirt by the 3rd day at the beach and he refuses to go w/o a top

I got DD a Little Mermaid one from babies r us. I couldn't resist...it was on sale and little mermaid was my favorite growing up. Unfortunately, we're not really near a pool or a beach so I'm not sure how much she'll actually wear it.

We've been gifted 7 (seriously, 7!!!) swimsuits for LO, who is 4 months, including 2 that are the same pattern, but different sizes. Mostly BG and Target. At least they've been spread across 6, 9, and 12 month sizes.

Costco has great ones as mentioned above. Unfortunately I had an issue with the batch from last year, and I could not get the rash guard over my LO's head. I even put him in his old one from the previous year with no issues. I bought two of them, hoping that I got a bad one the first time. No luck. 
Last year I bought bottoms from Mini Boden and rash guard from Ralph Lauren. Hoping it still fits this year.

T has a one piece rash guard from Hanna Anderson and a suit from Janie and Jack. From last year and as of February they both still fit. The suit is enormous so he can definitely wear that again but I need to get him a new rash guard to go with it.

Still Lands End fans here. Their rash guards are the best. The sun is really hot here, so we need the coverage for water play and outdoor pools. Indoors for swimming lessons, the rash guards provide extra warmth. I also got one for DS from Nordstrom Rack, I think the brand was Flapadoodle or something like that.
@ktdid23: I do the same, buy the next size up on sale at the end of the season! So affordable that way.

@bunnylove08: Yes! My mom bought it for LO a couple of months ago. I think it sold out pretty quickly because she had to call around to a few different stores to find it. I'm not sure if it's still available online.
