We went to Cancun, and loved it!

We went to Croatia and it was amazing!

Maui! Very jealous of Mrs. Jacks right now.

We're going on our honeymoon in a month! My husband is a former pro athlete and he started practices 8 days after our wedding so we couldn't go on a trip right away. And then time got away from us with traveling to see family and go to other weddings. We are FINALLY going next month for the week of our 2 year anniversary. We are going on a cruise to St. Martin, St. Thomas, and the Bahamas. After our recent miscarriage this is exactly what we need. I can't wait!

We waited until a year after our wedding to take our honeymoon, and we went to:

• Denmark
• Finland
• Berlin, Germany
• Estonia
• St. Petersburg, Russia
• Sweden

It was a 2 week European cruise through Holland America, and worth every penny. Such an amazing trip!

We took a cruise through the Western Carribean. It was absolutely fantastic. We could not have asked for a better vacation. 10 days! We were off work for 3 weeks!

We went to Key West! And loved it

We went all over Thailand - Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Kanchanaburi, and Krabi. We also stopped in Tokyo for four days on the way. It was amazing.

@Adira: You should definitely go! Are you planning on going to Europe by yourselves, or on a cruise?

If cruise, it was our first cruise and we both liked it more than we thought we would. Both my husband and I have traveled through Europe before by plane/train/car/etc. and the cruise was so relaxing. It was awesome to not have to worry about finding your hotel, packing and unpacking your luggage all the time, finding a restaurant, etc. The food on Holland America was really, really good (and we’re judgy foodies lol) and they also had a spa and gym and stuff to do on days in the water.

We want to go back to do another European cruise!

GREECE! It was totally awesome! We even brought a baby back with us!

@ustechie: When did you go to Greece? I want to go to Greece soooooo bad, but with their economy, we've been afraid to go.

We went to Marco Island, FL and drove up to Orlando to go to Disney World for the first time (for both of us). It was fun, but we did it because it was economical-- free condo in Marco Island and pricelined hotel in Orlando. We're not huge travelers so we didn't mind much, but I'd love to take an amazing, luxurious trip some time in the next few years. We're huge homebodies with a comfortable home life, so all we really wanted to do was spend time together... but now that we have a kid, we have something to escape from

Well, we had our trip planned to go to Mazatlan Mexico. Tickets purchased, resort booked....EVERYTHING. We had to do lots of checking to make sure we could go. DH and I both have security related jobs we had to make sure it was an "authorized" location for us to visit. It WAS. So we booked. The DAY after we booked it the Dept of Def came out with a NEW list of "off limit" places. It was on the list. So we could not go and we got SOME of our money back but not all.

@artbee: We're going on Norwegian. We've gone on a cruise with them before and really enjoyed it. They tend to be a bit more relaxed and casual than some of the other cruise lines (i.e. no assigned tables or eating times) which is why we went with them.

@MamaMoose: we didn't have assigned tables or eating times either. It was nice because everyone eats late so we'd eat early and then hit the hot tub when the rest of the ship was in the dining room. We had the hot tub to ourselves on a ship with thousands of people!

We went on a safari in S. Africa and then spent a few days in the Seychelles! An unforgettable trip, for sure!

We never took a honeymoon! We were going to go to Europe, but I got pregnant and didn't wanna travel overseas

London for a week and Paris for two. Doing Paris in 14 days was amazing; we got to see the city at a leisurely rate and just enjoyed each other's company in the world's most romantic city.
