We went to Vegas!!

We went to Maui. It was awesome!

We stayed at the Hard Rock resort in Punta Cana for 10 days. It was phenomenal.

We went to Key west Florida, Grand Cayman Islands & Ocho Rios, Jamaica on a 7 day cruise.

We were SO excited for Jamaica, and it was disgusting and sad. Grand Cayman was pretty though!

@MungBean: Hilton Papagayo in Guanacaste. It was all inclusive too... ahhh I wish I was there now.

Costa Rica....we spent 1/2 the time in Puerto Viejo - very cool town. But the most amazing part was the second 1/2 of our trip - the Pacuare Lodge.

I have never seen anything more beautiful in my entire life. It's completely secluded (you have to white water raft in) - there's no power (the staff lights candles in your lodge while you're at super) but it's the most luxurious place I've ever stayed at. Highly recommend!!

We went to Mount Hood, Oregon and stayed in a little cabin in the woods. It was perfect!

Second honeymoon (sort of) was to Brisbane, Australia and the South Island of New Zealand.

We spent 8 days in Cozumel and we LOVED it. We did 3 days of diving and can't wait to go back to do some more.

@shopaholic: We went to Greece too! We did Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Crete! We had such an amazing time... I'm dying to go back someday!

@Minnie_Girl: Wow 3 weeks?? That's soooo awesome! I would really love to go to Ireland one day! Their accents might have a lot to do with it.....

@MrsBrewer: It was really great! Honestly, the hardest and most expensive thing about the trip was the distance from the East Coast. Once you get there it is really inexpensive. You can get great deals on lodging, spa treatments, food, etc. Plus, Balinese culture is pretty distinctive. The beaches are probably not as great as the Caribbean or other parts of S.E. Asia, but I think the island has so much to offer. I totally recommend it.

@BKCaribBaby: How did you book it? Through a travel agent or yourself?

@Rainbow Sprinkles: Cool! We actually didn't intend to go there, we were planning on Amsterdam or Paris.
But we purposely didn't make honeymoon plans in advance, knowing we'd be moving to Albania right after the wedding and we knew that when we booked the tickets, we could just get multi-destination and honeymoon on the way to our new country.
So that's what we did - bought tickets two days before we left (because that was the best way to get a good deal), and Budapest tickets were cheap, so we went "Hey, why not?". lol

@MungBean: Ooh, the Paradisus resorts are very nice! I love Costa Rica!

We went to Paris and then California for DH's grad school convocation.

We went to Bora Bora and I often dream of going back!!

We spent 3 1/2 weeks in Turkey, it was amazing!

NYC and went back again for our 1 year anny

We almost did a Mediterranean cruise but decided we wanted to relax and avoid international travel. We spent 10 days in Napa and Sonoma - so relaxing and enjoyable

I am so jealous of all of you! We were very limited on time and since we kinda had a destination wedding we decided to keep our honeymoon local to our wedding and low-key. We spent a few days in Williamsburg, VA visiting all the historical sites. It was fantastic because we'd been on vacation there before, so we didn't feel pressured to do everything and we really got to relax.

Because of our limited time on our actual honeymoon, we took a cruise to celebrate our anniversary the following year, and it was also our babymoon! We went on a cruise to Grand Cayman and Cozumel and it was glorious!
