@illumina: If you're close to Costa Teguise, I highly recommend a little restaurant called Casa Felix next to Playa Bastian. His grilled octopus is wonderful! In fact, you can't go wrong with the anything on the menu, except for the shrimp (it was a little bland).

We are headed to Corpus Christi next weekend and next month we are going to Playa Del Carmen for an adults only getaway.

Really seriously thinking about going to Ecuador in December for the holidays (I have lots of time off work). Maybe a trip to CA to visit my brother sometime over the summer.
