I love all of the features, but my favorites are the gold posts, private wall posts, and the classifieds.

@zippylef: agree about the hiding posts option! I think I know which category you're talking about and it definitely ends up on every board.

Private wall posts and these days the hiding the posts I comment on is very valuable.

Obviously reading and making Gold posts is the feature I used the most.

I also really like the ability to hide boards.

Gold threads and private wall posts!

I love them all. I like the privacy features the best. If someone actually found this as my username, they still wouldn't find out much since I've got gold.

Hiding boards is biggest for me, since my m/c. Don't like seeing the due date stuff. I haven't bothered making any gold only threads, but I like being able to see them.

I'm not gold, might decide to go for it- not sure yet. I like the idea of supporting the site's creators, but I find the lack of privacy options unless you pay, a little off-putting, and being unable to access topics I'm interested in a bit frustrating (what about allowing access to read-only and not see poster's identities/ photos they post, or be able to reply without gold? Sometimes people ask gold thread questions I also have, and it's redundant to post the same in a non-gold thread). And I wonder, if you're gold one year, but decide not to renew the following, does your previously-private content become public (such as your hidden wall)? Does your access to your own gold threads get revoked? Do you then have to completely delete your account to maintain your privacy without gold renewal? These questions are quite possibly answered somewhere I haven't read, if so, I'd love to be pointed in that direction to read up.
